1. Subscription Overview

BintrayX offers a premium subscription plan priced at ₹399, which allows users to upload files larger than 150 MB. This is a one-time payment for unlocking extended upload limits and does not automatically renew.

2. Cancellation Policy

Since the ₹399 plan is a one-time digital upgrade, cancellation is not applicable once payment has been successfully processed. Users are encouraged to review their needs before completing the purchase.

3. Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for successfully activated premium subscriptions, as the service is delivered instantly upon payment. However, in cases of duplicate payment, transaction failure, or technical error where the plan is not activated, users can contact our support team for review.

Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method used during the transaction.

4. How to Request a Refund

If you face any issue with your payment or subscription activation, please reach out to us at support@bintrayx.com within 3 days of the transaction. Include your registered email, payment ID, and a short description of the issue.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Refund requests made after 3 days of purchase.
  • Successful premium activations with full access to upload features.
  • Issues caused by user-side network or browser problems.
  • Unauthorized or fraudulent use of the platform.
