BintrayX provides a file hosting platform that allows users to upload, manage, and share software applications and executable files. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and not to upload malicious, pirated, or copyrighted content.

3. Account Registration

To upload or manage files, users must create an account with accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities under your account.

4. Upload Limit and Subscription

Free users can upload files up to 150 MB. To upload larger files, users must purchase a one-time premium subscription of ₹399. This payment unlocks extended upload limits permanently for that account.

5. Payment Terms

All payments made through BintrayX are processed securely via trusted third-party gateways like Razorpay. Once a payment is completed, access to premium features is granted instantly. For cancellation and refund details, please refer to our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

6. Prohibited Activities

• Uploading or sharing copyrighted or illegal software.
• Distributing viruses, malware, or harmful code.
• Using the service for fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful purposes.
• Attempting to interfere with or disrupt our servers or security systems.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and materials on BintrayX (excluding user uploads) are the intellectual property of BintrayX or its affiliates. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our materials without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

BintrayX is not responsible for any loss, data corruption, or damage resulting from your use of the platform. The service is provided “as is” without any warranty of any kind, express or implied.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any user account found violating our terms, using fake information, or uploading harmful content. Termination may occur without prior notice.

10. Changes to Terms

BintrayX reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be reflected on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our services after changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Punjab, India.
